Founder & Principal

Mark Kindhouse, PE, CCM, LEED AP BD+C

Mark Kindhouse founded Kindhouse Capital Asset Advisory after more than twenty years on every side of the capital delivery table: as a contractor's field leader, as a project manager running hundred-million-dollar programs, as an owner's advisor inside a national consulting practice, as an executive leader building teams and delivering revenue, and as a U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer building facilities on deployment timelines with no room for failure.

That range is rare. Most advisors have seen one side of the table. Mark has sat in all of them, and built Kindhouse to bring that full view to one side only: yours.

Kindhouse Capital Asset Advisory was founded to bring that level of experience directly to owners, without the overhead, the conflicts, or the institutional inertia of a large firm.

Vision

To bring clarity, coherence, and principled leadership to complex capital programs.

Putting purpose before personalities in service of the work's best outcome.

Mission

Help owners plan, govern, and deliver complex capital projects.

With collaborative leadership, practical strategy, and accountable execution.

Values

What guides every engagement.

01

Precision before motion.

We define the problem, decision rights, risks, and success criteria before pushing teams into activity.

02

Candor with respect.

We tell owners what they need to hear, not just what is easy to say.

03

Discipline in execution.

We bring structure to scope, cost, schedule, risk, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

04

Owner's interest first.

We represent the owner's mission, money, reputation, and long-term interests.

05

Calm under pressure.

We lead through complexity without theatrics, panic, or false certainty.

06

Balance people with process.

Systems matter. So do the people inside them. We build both.

"
The best advisors integrate so seamlessly into the team that the owner wonders how they ever worked without them.
